Be prepared for bad grammar xD

Yeah, so 24th October 2009 is Hetalia Day '09~ And fortunately, there's a Jakarta gathering too, yay! It's held in Grand Indonesia, one of the grandest shopping mall in Jakarta, on 1:00 pm.

So, because our neighborhood had a gathering in one of neighbor's house, I left my house at 1:00 pm (it was scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm so...yeah xD). And because of the traffic, I arrived there about 2:00+ pm...

I went to the designated meet up place, in front of Kinokuniya, and I instantly recognized Austria and Hungary cosplay 8D There were also China-okasan, Hong Kong-kun, Taiwan-chan, and Sey-chan.
Oh, and there were a group of 6 (?), including America and France cosplayers. But I don't know who they are and why they didn't go with us...Maybe they have their own occasion. I'm not even sure whether they are real caucasians or not. /fail

It turns out that the moderators aren't coming, so Austria-san decided to take the lead! It was like we're living in Austria-san's house a.k.a. Chibitalia 8D But maybe it just me.

So, like true Indonesians, we start the event at 2:30 pm instead of 1:00 pm like it was scheduled xD We went to have a lunch first, so we head to an Italian restaurant for obvious reasons.

It was fun being looked at by other visitors, because there are about 25+ of us, and there are some cosplayers too. It's almost like a school outing xD

So after the waiters arranged the tables for us, we sat down and began greeting each others. I only knew a couple of them <s>because I'm so obscure it hurts</s> just kidding xD And some of us were already art trading...But because I can't draw at all, so yeah >o<

Oh, and it turns out I was the only guy there. <s>So it's kinda like my personal harem MUAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA</s> *shot*

After Austria-san ordered the foods and drinks, he(?) officially opened the Hetalia Day 2009, and we toasted <s>with our boots</s>!

So we took turns to introduce ourselves, and drawing, chatting etc. And there are still people arriving ^^ And even skyeclive-neesan who came all the way from Bandung o_0 *glomps*

After we were finished with the late lunch, we went upstairs to began the photo shoots ^^ Like every Hetalia gathering should be, it was full of craziness, randomness, and pure fun, including:
-China-san raeps HK
-China-san being invaded by Austria 8D *shot*
-People trying to do the Cossack dance and failed horribly xD
-People art trading...while walking~
-A LOT of hugs
-Random Caramelldansen
And just chaos in general xD

So, time flied by and we closed it on 6 pm. Everyone's really happy - and dead tired, I guess - and overall, it was a success! Thanks for everyone, and let's do this again in years to come!

...You know, I'm a bad story teller, it doesn't sound exciting at all xD
